Rachel has developed training programs, delivered and facilitated instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, created online learning modules and developed assessments for Genentech. Working with the American Management Association, she adapted many of their ILT courses to the virtual environment to create engaging, creative, and effective virtual course design and delivery. As a qualified Google Apps Trainer, Rachel worked with LTech, a Google Apps Premier Partner to provide training and change management on the full Google Apps for Business suite. Rachel has worked with the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch Program to develop e-learning modules for the public.
